The Westchester County Department of Probation (the “Department”) invites proposals from qualified proposers to provide post-conviction sex offender, domestic violence, DWI, juvenile and Adolescent Offender, and other offender testing by polygraph examiners to the County. The term of this RFP proposal will be for a one (1)-year contract, commencing January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025, with five (5) one–year, extendable options at the County’s sole discretion. The Department instituted the specialized Sex Offender Supervision Unit in 1990 and has been a consistent leader in the field of sex offender management for the past 30 years. The Department’s Containment/Management model employs the use of dedicated probation officers working in tandem with specialized sex offender treatment as well as post-conviction polygraph services, the latter having been an integral part of the model since 1992. The Department strives to continue to be a leader in offender management. It is developing protocols to institute polygraph examinations in other specialized areas, such as Domestic Violence and DWI, as well as any other innovative programmatic utilization of polygraph techniques that will improve community safety.

Westchester County Tourism & Film, the official destination marketing organization for Westchester County, New York, is seeking dynamic proposals to enhance travel trade partnerships and marketing for domestic and international travelers. The intent of this RFQ is to provide the necessary information to enable interested vendors to submit a proposal that meets the requirements as described. While providing a guideline, the RFQ is not intended to limit creativity and vendors are encouraged to submit proposals that expand upon the specifications.

Westchester County is conducting a Fare Policy Study for its Bee-Line Bus System. The goal of this study is to determine optimal fare structure policies for Westchester County to consider for Bee-Line as it prepares to replace its existing MetroCard fare payment media with the MTA’s new fare payment system known as OMNY. These policies may deviate from Bee-Line’s current fare structure and policies, and should better reflect the County’s needs and the services to which Bee-Line passengers have access. The options to be proposed shall consider equity, modal integration, transfers, customer convenience, and operational and financial feasibility, among other factors. It also will consider potential implementation of a bus network redesign that may impact future ridership patterns of Bee-Line passengers.

The County of Westchester, acting by and through Westchester Community College (the "County" or the "College") invites proposals from qualified consultants to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the institution's current business practices and processes. The goal is to identify inefficiencies, areas of improvement and opportunities for enhanced effectiveness in the institution’s operations. The selected consultant will provide actionable recommendations to streamline processes, reduce costs, improve service delivery, and support the College's strategic objectives.

The Westchester County District Attorney's Office is soliciting price quotations for the purpose of entering into a contract to commence on or about October 1st, 2024 for a graphics designer to develop the artistic layout for the 2024 Annual Report of the Westchester County District Attorney's Office.
