PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: Pursuant to New York State Local Finance Law Section 58.10, the County of Westchester ("County") is authorized to conduct public bond sales through any bidding services that are recognized nationally by the predominant users of electronic securities bidding services. Local Finance Law Section 58.10(d) requires the County to publish its policies and procedures for the procurement of electronic securities bidding services on the County's internet website and in a nationally recognized publication used by professionals in the bond market.

The procedures used to procure electronic bidding services are set forth in the County's Procurement Policy Section 5(a), Act No. 23-1992, adopted pursuant to Section 104-b of the New York State General Municipal Law.

Request for Expressions of Interest: to assist the county in the valuation for wireless installations on county-owned property
Westchester County is requesting expressions of interest from qualified consultants to assist the county in the valuation, that is, market rates of its lease/license agreements, for wireless cell/radio/tower antenna installations on county-owned property. Services to be provided would be on an "as needed" basis for a one year period that will be from February 15, 2012 through February 14, 2013. The potential contract amount for this period will be up to a maximum of $20,000.
