REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL : Point of Sale (POS) System for Westchester County Clerk's Office
The Westchester County Clerk’s Office is seeking proposals for the acquisition, installation, and maintenance of a Point of Sale (POS) system that will be used to process various types of payments from customers. The system must be capable of integrating seamlessly with the County Clerk’s existing applications, which are developed using Microsoft technologies, specifically .NET Framework and SQL Server databases. The County Clerk’s Office requires a solution that will ensure secure, efficient, and user-friendly payment processing and will allow for both in-person and online transactions. The system should also be scalable, flexible, and easily integrated with future technologies as needed. The RFP is a follow-up to the RFI of the same name issued in 2025.
