2026-2028 Invest in Kids RFP

The mission of the Westchester County Youth Bureau (the “Bureau”) is to ensure equity and access to formal and informal services, supports, and opportunities for children, youth, and families to thrive. The Westchester County Youth Bureau invests the time, talent, and financial resources to ensure high quality programming, support and opportunity for Westchester’s children, youth, and families. Recognizing the extensive diversity and urgency of needs within the community, the Bureau is committed to fostering collaboration, integrating youth voice into our work, and demonstrating effectiveness within funded programs. This RFP is an invitation for non-profit organizations and local Youth Bureaus to help the Bureau meet its strategic goals by providing comprehensive, innovative, age and culturally appropriate offerings. The Bureau invites eligible not for profit organizations (certified as tax exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code and in good standing with the New York State Charities Bureau) and local Youth Bureaus to respond to the Invest in Kids Program (“IIK”) Request for Proposals (“RFP”). Organizations interested in responding to the IIK RFP (“proposers”) must submit their proposals in accordance with all applicable laws, county regulations, and timelines.
